Inspection
: Inspection is made on the boiler to analyse the cleaner to be used and where is should be fitted on the boiler. This primary inspection is free; only travel expenses are charged.
Engineering
: After inspection, a free study is carried out and an offer is mailed to the customer.
Installation
: Most of the installation can be made with the boiler still in operation. Only the junction of the diffusor has to be made with the boiler temporarily shut down . Mainly, this involves the welding of the connection stud.
However, it is generally recommended to start an infra-sound soot cleaner on an already clean boiler.
Installation can be divided into six phases :

Fine
Tuning of the Unit : The final tuning of the sound generator unit should be made on a boiler in nominal working operations. The goal of this fine tuning is to get the most efficient frequency for this generator on this particular boiler.
Training of maintenance people is made after this tuning service and included in our prices.
